Session Schedule
- The Committee shall meet in person at least once a year, and virtually as often as defined in the working procedures.
- The quorum for Committee meetings shall be a majority of its members.
- Committee meetings shall be open to the public. However, the meetings of the Committee shall be closed when:
- The Committee deliberates on a case of non-compliance.
- The Committee adopts conclusions on a case of non-compliance.
- The Committee decides to keep the session closed to prevent risks and damage to the integrity and safety of persons or the environment. In such cases, the Committee shall make known as soon as possible the conclusions of the session.
- The working languages of the Committee shall be English and Spanish.
- The Committee shall adopt its decisions by consensus, and in the absence of consensus, by a two-thirds majority of its members.
